Chinese transportation and online mobility specialist Didi Chuxing has formed a ‘strategic partnership’ with Volkswagen in China.

Building on its data-driven deep-learning capabilities, DiDi maintains it is committed to an open, efficient, collaborative, and sustainable transportation ecosystem in line with ‘China’s new innovation-based national growth strategy’.
Didi provides app-based transportation services, including taxi hailing, private car hailing, social ride-sharing and bike sharing; on-demand delivery services; and automobile services, including sales, leasing, financing, maintenance, fleet operation, electric vehicle charging and co-development of vehicles with car companies.
