Delphi Technologies, about to be acquired by BorgWarner, has announced preliminary full year 2019 results, noting they were above its previous outlook ranges.

Revenue of US$4.36bn fell by about 10% year on year but by 7% adjusted for currency exchange.

Adjusted operating income of $315m, accounted for an adjusted operating margin of approximately 7.2%.

Restructuring efforts were ahead of plan, the supplier said.

It booked $80m in restructuring costs during 2019, a Delphi statement said.
