Daimler has announced all Mercedes-Benz Trucks ‘genuine parts’ can now be ordered via the global, cross-brand replacement parts platform partslink24.
The same platform can also be used to place orders for spare parts for Mercedes vans, cars and Smart.

“From Daimler’s perspective, placing several product divisions online at partslink24 offers clear benefits in the light of rising customer expectations and an ever declining willingness to use individual manufacturers’ different ordering systems. This situation calls for solutions which enable an independent garage to find and order cross-brand scopes of parts,” the automaker said in a statement.
The portal, described by Daimler as “independent and efficient”, enables independent garages to order genuine and reconditioned parts through authorised Mercedes dealers 24/7.
The online portal is said to be simple to use and standardised, according to the one-stop shopping principle. In contrast to conventional ordering by telephone, the procedure for placing orders is entirely digital. Delivery is via the Mercedes-Benz distribution network.
Daimler said an important milestone has been attained with regard to its partner network: around 46,000 garages are now registered with partslink24, providing them full access to the Daimler replacement parts range.
The market launch has already taken place in Germany and the Netherlands and other markets will follow “in due course”, the automaker added.
