According to Reuters, Hungarian business daily Vilaggazdasag reported on Tuesday that Hungary was in talks to land the investment but it did not give the source of its information.

“I believe we are in such a phase of the negotiations that it is almost a done deal, but of course anything can happen,” Paroubek reportedly said when asked about the report. “At any moment of such sensitive things anything can happen, so until contracts are signed, nothing is 100% sure. But I believe that we have got very far, in any case I would be disappointed if it was not so.”

The Czechs have said they expected to seal the deal by early March, Reuters noted.
