Sichuan Toyota Motor Co. has announced that 23 authorised dealers will sell
and service its new Coaster bus, for which a national sales target of 3,000
units has been set for 2001.
Prices for the medium-sized buses, fitted with either a 2.7-litre petrol or
a 4.0-litre diesel engine, range from Rmb340,000 to Rmb480,000 ($US41,060 to
$US57,970) for the petrol models while the diesels are priced from Rmb360,000
to Rmb500,000 ($US43,480 to $US60,390).
