Shanghai General Motors, the car making joint venture between Shanghai Automotive Industry and General Motors, has launched two new versions of the Chevrolet Cruze.
The two new models will be priced at RMB113,900 and RMB127,900 (US$16,700 and $18,770) and are eligible for government subsidies for energy-efficient vehicles.
Sales of the GM-Daewoo designed Cruze cars have passed 200,000 units in China since the model was launched there.
The Cruze, built in Ohio, is about to replace the Chevrolet Cobalt in North America.
