Mitsubishi Motors is recalling around 26,600 Lancer and Outlander models in China for a demister fan problem.
The vehicles were built between 2009 and 2011 the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said.

The bearings and axle of the fan motors were not properly assembled and the fan might fail, limiting windscreen defrosting, official news agency Xinhua reported.
Dealers will replace the defective components.
