The automaker said on Tuesday the government had lifted the ban imposed last month on Hyundai and Kia cars because of complaints from Chinese dealers who said the brands had pressured them to meet sales targets, violating antitrust laws, Dow Jones reported.


The new antitrust laws also halted imports of Lexus models for about a month in June.
