Great Wall’s Tianjin plant has commenced operations with the production of its Haval H6 SUV on 23 August.

Along with Haval H6, the plant is also expected to produce various other models, including Voleex C50. The annual production capacity of the Tianjin plant currently is 300,000 vehicles. However, it has already began phase-two to expand the production capacity which is expected to finish in 2012 and phase-three construction is planned to begin in 2013 and complete by 2015.
