Rough local roads have prompted Ford China to recall around 220,000 Kugas to check for for fuel leaks, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine said.
The fuel pipes in the SUV could rub against other components while travelling on bumpy roads, leading to wear and tear and fuel leaks, Reuters reported.
