Ford China booked record monthly sales in March of 103,815 vehicles, a 28% year on year increase, crossing the 100,000 monthly sales mark for the first time.
First quarter sales rose 45% to 271,321 vehicles.

Ford brand sales which include the imported Explorer, Edge, Focus ST and the Fiesta ST – grew 57% in the first quarter to 204,196 cars sold. In March, sales were up 35% to 75,314 cars.
The passenger car joint venture Changan Ford Automobile (CAF) saw sales rise 52% in the first quarter to 195,198 vehicles. March sales also grew, with 71,888 vehicles sold, up 30%.
