Ballard gave no financial terms for the agreement. It said the pact included support services for Honda’s fuel-cell vehicle customer deliveries in Japan and the United States.

Ballard will supply Honda with its Mark 902 fuel cells to the end of 2005. The deal shows Honda’s confidence in its fuel cell technology, the company said, according to the report.
