Autoparts maker Linamar Corp reportedly said on Friday its chief financial officer had resigned.

According to Reuters, Linamar, which makes precision components for engines, transmissions and chassis, said Keith Wettlaufer’s resignation would be effective on September 9 and gave no reason for his departure.
Reuters noted that Wettlaufer joined Linamar in 2001. He had previously worked at autoparts giant Magna International and was president and chief executive of Lagran Canada, a seat belt manufacturer, before moving to Linamar.
