Devbot stands out from traditional chatbots with its multi-agent architecture, which employs specialised AI agents for various tasks.

The digital assistant proactively addresses security vulnerabilities, recommends Infrastructure-as-Code components, and offers actionable insights to enhance cloud efficiency.

These features are expected to reduce repetitive and manual tasks, allowing German automotive manufacturer to concentrate on developing robust cloud strategies.

Storm Reply has incorporated cutting-edge AWS Cloud technologies to create Devbot.

The assistant utilises the large language model (LLM) Claude for natural language interactions and a unique retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) process to ensure accurate, up-to-date responses.

Stringent access controls are also in place to secure sensitive data, ensuring that only authorised personnel can utilise the system.

Audi’s Cloud Foundation Services team anticipates that the deployment of Devbot will provide faster and more personalised support across departments.

Storm Reply offers expertise in designing and implementing Cloud solutions, including IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS services, assisting major companies globally in adopting Cloud systems and applications.

In May, Volkswagen Group initiated the local assembly of the Audi Q7, a luxury seven-seater mild-hybrid SUV, in Malaysia’s Pekan, Pahang state, aiming to expand its footprint in South-east Asia. The production is taking place at a DRB-Hicom-owned plant.
