Andreas Spiegelberger, ASG's Managing Director, will now be a member of Assystem Germany executive team, headed by Alexander Graf.

"With ASG, we expect to achieve the very same objective as the one achieved with the acquisition end of 2015 of the French company Plast Concept, a specialist in the design of plastic parts for the automotive industry: enlarging our global offering portfolio, gaining access to new market segments and serving our customers with state-of-the-art engineering solutions. We are delighted to now count ASG among the group's entities", said Roch Thaller, Vice-president Automotive & Transportation, Assystem.

Assystem employs some 12,500 people worldwide and generated EUR956m in revenue in 2016. Assystem S.A. is listed on Euronext Paris.
