Adler Plastic and Adler Pelzer Group (APG) have purchased the Acoustic Division of STS Group, having received the green light from Antitrust authorities and secured other closing conditions.

The acquired Acoustics business segment consists of five plants, located in Brazil, Italy and Poland and is involved in the development and production of integrated acoustic and thermal systems, generating sales of EUR112m (US$132m) in 2019.
