Dukes, who will be based in Plymouth, joined Adient after 20 years of experience in audit and compliance.

Most recently, she headed the corporate internal audit function at UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust.

Previously, she ran internal audit at Henniges Automotive and International Automotive Components Group.
