2) Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a 21.21% share, a decrease of 46.15% over the previous month.

The top five companies, in terms of number of jobs as tracked by GlobalData, have accounted for a combined average decline of 34.78% share in the overall IT recruitment activity of Poland’s auto industry during November 2022 over October 2022.
Aptiv posted 18 IT jobs in November 2022 and registered a rise of 50% over the previous month, followed by AB Volvo with 5 jobs and a 66.67% drop. ZF Friedrichshafen with 4 IT jobs and Inter Cars with 2 jobs, recorded a 63.64% decline and a 75% decrease, respectively, while BorgWarner recorded a flat growth with 1 job postings during November 2022.
Junior Level job postings dominate in November 2022
Junior Level jobs held a share of 75.76%, down by 40.48% from October 2022. Entry Level positions with a 15.15% share, registered a decline of 50% compared with the previous month.
In the third place was Mid Level job ads with a 9.09% share, down 57.14% over October 2022.
