The company’s overall hiring activity declined by 0.45% in November 2022 when compared with October 2022.

IT jobs claimed an 11.1% share in the company’s total hiring activity in November 2022, and recorded a 0.23% decline over the last three-month average share.

Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers tops Faurecia IT hiring in November 2022

Out of the total IT job titles posted by Faurecia, Software and Web Developers, Programmers, and Testers emerged as the leading occupation, recording a share of 47.2% in November 2022, and a 16.9% drop over October 2022, while Database and Network Administrators and Architects claimed a share of 28% in November 2022, and registered a decline of 18.6%. Miscellaneous Computer Occupations held a share of 9.6% in November 2022, a 40% drop from October 2022.

Europe drives IT hiring at Faurecia

Europe emerged as the leading region in the global auto IT hiring activity in November 2022 with a 44% share, which marked a flat growth over the previous month.

Asia-Pacific stood next with 40.8%, registering a 20.31% month-on-month decline. North America was the third leading region with a 15.2% share and a 38.71% drop over October 2022.

India commanded a leading presence in the region’s auto industry IT hiring activity with a 33.6% share in November 2022, a 14.29% decline over October 2022. France featured next with a 15.2% share, up 5.56% over the previous month. US recorded an 11.2% share, a decline of 30% compared with October 2022.

Junior Level jobs lead Faurecia IT hiring activity in November 2022

Junior Level jobs held a share of 64%, down by 13.04% from October 2022. Mid Level positions with a 20.8% share, a decline of 33.33% compared with the previous month.

In the third place was Entry Level job ads with a 15.2% share, down 9.52% over October 2022.
