Chrysler Group’s newly launched 2004 Dodge Durango SUV has already been hit with a quality problem requiring a small recall.
The company is contacting 4,000 customers over the need to repair a component on the instrument cluster integrated circuit board which may have been damaged during assembly and could potentially cause overheating.
Chrysler said there have been no customer complaints and the repair is “a precautionary measure”.
