An intelligent portable charger will be available to small businesses and fleet customers through 60 retail dealers in the region.

Ohme claims its unique smart chargers are Internet of Things (IoT) devices whcih can communicate with car and driver, enabling remote control via an app. Smart cable metering measures charging behaviour and location.

The charger portable so no installation is needed.

Dealers will also offer the Ohme digital fleet management system which processes data captured by chargers. It is intended to make easy work of managing and automating expense claims, arranging split billing and reimbursements and controlling costs of multiple vehicles and locations.
