Volkswagen will spend EUR500m (US$536.76m) to expand its Bratislava plant in Slovakia.
Company spokesman Vladimir Machalik told Reuters Volkswagen would launch a new car body manufacturing line in 2017. The plant additions will employ “hundreds of people”.
