Bulgarian car distributor Sofia France Auto is planning to absorb recently acquired unit Opel Automotive Bulgaria, according to commercial register data cited by SeeNews.com.

Sofia France Auto completed the acquisition of 100% of Opel Automotive Bulgaria last month and subsequently renamed it tSofia France Auto 2000, the commercial register data showed.
