Osram has appointed Ingo Bank as CEO until the end of April, 2023.

As announced, he will assume the role in addition to his position as CFO of majority owner ams.

The supervisory board also appointed Babette Fröhlich as labour director and also to the management board of Osram Licht.

Bank is to head the Corporate HR departments of Osram and the future combined company, after the Domination and Profit and Loss Transfer Agreement signed with ams comes into force.

Fröhlich has been working as Osram head of HR since 2016. A graduate in business management, she previously worked in various positions at IG Metall, BHF Bank and Commerzbank.

From 1 March, 2021, the management board of Osram Licht will comprise CEO, Ingo Bank, CFO, Kathrin Dahnke and Labour Director, Babette Fröhlich.
