New private car sales in
Denmark fell 17.8 percent year-on-year in August to 8,134 units for a January-August
20.2 percent decline to 80,879 units, the Automobile Importers’ Society said
on Thursday. The national statistics office also issued its August car registration
data on Thursday which differed from the importers’ figures.
