Consumers who book online at www.budget.com at least three weeks in advance can take advantage of rates as low as $19.99 per day on rentals between August 18, 2002 and September 30, 2002. Budget is offering compact cars for $19.99 per weekend day and premium cars, minivans and standard SUVs for $249.99 per week nationwide.
