Ford plans to make India an export hub, reported Press Trust of India.
President and CEO Alan Mulally said: “We have decided that India will be an export hub for Ford. We are exporting to over 50 countries and are increasing this over time. It is because our (India) operations are great, our quality is great and our efficiency is great. The location of India makes it ideal for us [to look for export opportunities].”
