Rolls-Royce had a record first half-year with sales up 33% worldwide compared with the same period in 2013.
The luxury brand saw growth in all regions, with a particularly strong performance in Europe, up over 60%, Asia Pacific, which increased by almost 40% and the Middle East which grew 30%. The US and China also saw double-digit growth.

The company said it continues to see strong demand for Wraith, significant orders for the recently announced Ghost Series II and good demand for the Phantom in all regions while bespoke production continued at record levels across all models.
Chief exective Torsten Müller-Ötvös said, “This demonstrates the continued confidence that our customers have in our company and our cars. The new Wraith has been a stunning success in the super-luxury segment, setting new modern style and technology leadership benchmarks.”
Rolls-Royce remains at the top of the super-luxury segment leadership for cars over EUR200,000 (US$273,000).
