ROMANIA: Daewoo doubles sales in first 11 months of year
Rompres, citing daily Ziarul financiar reports that Daewoo Automobile Romania sold almost 18,800 cars in the first 11 months of the year, with about 12,000 units sold in Romania itself. "We managed to double our sales on the Romanian market compared with the year-ago period", said Daewoo Automobile Romania PR manager Valeriu Tones.

The Matiz was the best-selling Daewoo model, with more than 7,500 units sold in Romania since the beginning of the year and a six-fold increase in sales compared with the corresponding period of last year, the report said.
