Car production in and exports from Mexico both fell in July, according to the country’s auto industry association.
Production was down 1.4% year on year at 234,757 units while exports fell 7.3% to 192,940 units. Exports to the US were down 10.9% to 125,450.

Annual output this year is forecast to be between 3.15 and 3.2m vehicles, according to an earlier forecast by the Mexico Auto Industry Association.
