Geely says its total export volume from January to July 2013 was 62,861 units, an increase of 27% year on year. The Geely gain came despite a slight year on year decline of export volumes of domestic automotive brands from January to July 2013, according to data released by the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
In terms of the highest sales by region, Geely Automobile exported 16,686 and 9,159 units to Russia and Ukraine respectively from January to July this year. At present, Geely Automobile’s overseas efforts are focused on key markets in Eastern Europe, Middle East, Africa and South America.
