Sales of cars made by General Motors’ Uzbekistan assembly plant to Russia have dropped by nearly 30% due to the devaluation of the Russian ruble, a government minister said.
Uzbekistan foreign economic relations, investments and trade minister Elyor Ganiev disclosed the statistic during the recent meeting of the intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Russia.
