In what it terms a “ground-breaking result”, China-based luxury car start-up Qoros says its first production vehicle, the compact (C-segment) Qoros 3 Sedan, has been awarded the maximum five-star rating in the Euro NCAP (New Car Assessment Programme) crash tests.
The result reinforces the new premium brand’s safety credentials and distances it from uncomfortable memories of Chinese OEM entrants to Europe performing badly in crash tests.
