Harman International Industries announced it had signed anagreement to acquire S1nn, a German developer of infotainment systems, connectivity and car audio solutions.

S1nn provides a range of technology and system integration solutions and software application services to Volkswagen, Porsche, Audi, Bentley and Tesla Motors.

S1nn employs 100 and specialised in infotainment and automotive services. It will be integrated into Harman’s infotainment division, headed by Sachin Lawande.
