Daimler sales in China, including Mercedes-Benz, Smart, Maybach and AMG brands, rose 35% year on year in 2011 to 198,520 units.
The company reported December sales up 30% to almost 23,230 units, a record for a single month according to Klaus Maier, president and CEO of Mercedes-Benz China.
