Porsche Automobil Holding SE said on Friday the supervisory board had extended the appointments of chief executive Martin Winterkorn and chief financial officer Hans Dieter Poetsch by five years, effective 25 November.
Winterkorn and Poetsch are also members of the management board of Volkswagen AG, a Dow Jones report noted.
