Ssangyong sales surged nearly 47% in April compared to the same month a year ago as exports gained strength, topping the 10,000-unit mark for a second month.
The company sold 10,343 vehicles globally last month, up from 7,047 a year ago with exports up 44.6% on-year to 6,363 units.

Domestic sales rose 50.4% from a year earlier to 3,980 units last month, although this was a 14.9% drop from a month earlier.
