Chevrolet is recalling 20,005 model year 2009 Uplander models because of a faulty left rear brake hose which may start leaking.
On some vehicles, the left rear brake hose may contact the parking brake cable, causing the brake hose to wear. The resultant chafe damage could, over time, cause a brake fluid leak, which may result in a reduction of braking performance and increased stopping distance, according to a Transport Canada filing.
