Chrysler CEO Sergio Marchionne has hinted he will quite the post within five years.
During a Q&A at the 2011 Management Briefing Seminars in Traverse City, Marchionne, 59, said Chrysler’s future plans “will be up to the guy after me – after 2015 or maybe a year later…. There will be a Chrysler after me,” reported Automotive News.
Marchionne is also CEO of Fiat and has just announced a 22-member combined management team for the two automakers, allocating himself responsibility for the NAFTA region and Chrysler.
