Ford of Europe’s new Mondeo Titanium trim line is planned to be launched with an EcoBoost turbocharged four-cylinder engine and a six-speed manual gearbox.

Ford is offering the turbocharged engine with an output of 203PS for Titanium trim and 240PS for Titanium S.

The Ford Mondeo EcoBoost is slated to be launched in Germany, the Netherlands, and Switzerland at the end of 2011. The company has yet to announce launch dates for the rest of Europe.

Ford has also announced that the S-MAX will also be offered in Titanium and Titanium S variants with EcoBoost engines and six-speed manual gearboxes.

The company has not yet announced the launch price of either model.
