AvtoVAZ has said that it will work with BASF to develop component parts and improve the quality of its Russian-made cars.
BASF already provides AvtoVAZ with coatings.
No financial details of the two companies’ partnership were divulged, but the relationship is expected by AvtoVAZ to enhance Lada cars in terms of energy efficiency, weight, colour and environmental performance.
