Susan Docherty will succeed Wayne Brannon as president and managing director of Chevrolet Europe from 1 January 2012.
Brannon is retiring from General Motors after 38 years.

Since May 2010, Docherty was GM’s head of international operations, sales, marketing and aftersales.
She previously headed US marketing; US sales, service and marketing; Buick-Pontiac-GMC; was marketing director for GM Europe based in Germany and manager of international marketing and communications in Zurich.
