Volvo Truck says that deliveries in February were up 5% compared to the year-earlier period.
Compared to January this year the deliveries in February increased by 42%.

In Europe, the deliveries in February were up 22% compared to January and demand is slowly improving from a low level, Volvo says.
The demand for trucks in Brazil continues to be on a high level and deliveries in South America increased by 20% compared with January this year.
Volvo Trucks is now gradually increasing production rates from a low level, to respond to the improved demand in Europe and Brazil.
However, Volvo says that demand in North America is at a low level due to the overall market situation and the transition to new US10 emissions technology.
