Hyundai Motor and Russian company Kuzbass Avto have opened a RUB420m joint venture plant to assemble Hyundai buses and trucks in Russia’s Kemerovo region.
The plant can build up to 2,000 buses and up to 2,000 trucks a year, Itar-Tass reported on Wednesday.

Initially, Hyundai will provide the components for the plant to assemble. From 2015, some regional companies are expected to begin supplies.
