Sales of passenger cars jumped 33.86% to 79,620 units, under performing a 46.83 percent gain in the country’s car market, while commercial vehicle sales fell 31.61% to 29,317 units, Reuters reported, citing a statement from the automaker.
The company said last week that sales by its Honda joint ventures in China last month rose 5.6% year on year to 44,529 units last month.
