Production of the low-volume Viper sportscar re-started at the Conner Avenue plant in Detroit on 15 June.
Chrysler last week finalised its alliance with Fiat Group.
The plants resuming output are: Sterling Heights, Michigan (Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Avenger cars); Warren, Michigan, truck assembly (Dodge Ram and Dakota trucks); St. Louis North, Fenton, Missouri (Dodge Ram truck); Toledo Supplier Park, Ohio (Jeep Wrangler and Wrangler Unlimited); Brampton, Ontario, Canada (Chrysler 300, Dodge Charger and Challenger cars); Windsor, Ontario, Canada (Chrysler Town & Country and Dodge Grand Caravan minivans); and Toluca, Mexico (Dodge Journey minivan and Chrysler PT Cruiser car).
Chrysler said the powertrain and stamping facilities that supply these assembly plants would also be operating.
