Shanghai-listed Jianghuai Automobile (JAC) plans to assemble trucks and buses in the Philippines from next January through local partner JAC Automobile International Philippines.
The two companies have entered into a licensing agreement where the Chinese truck-maker will supply knocked-down kits and components initially for the assembly of light trucks and buses up to 3 tons gvw.
