The bank had asked the court to postpone the hearing because the parties were holding talks on amicably settling the debts.


Last June, Alfa Bank filed a RUB504.7m debt claim against Automobile Plant GAZ and a RUB550.35mclaim against TZK GAZ.


Automobile Plant GAZ produces GAZ vehicles, and TZK GAZ buys metals and component parts for the GAZ group.
