The first Škoda Superb Estate has rolled off the production line in Kvasiny, Czech Republic.

Škoda says that the most luxurious estate car yet to wear the Škoda badge offers a ‘class-leading load volume of up to 1,865 litres (633 litres with the rear seats up)’.
It comes with a choice of three petrol and three diesel engines will be available in the Superb Estate, plus manual and DSG transmissions – the same engine range as is available in the hatch (launched September 2008).
The Superb Estate is 4,838 mm long, 1,817 wide and 1,510 high – the most spacious and practical car in the upper-medium segment, Škoda claims.
Worldwide, Škoda has delivered 33,434 Superbs to customers from January through to October this year – 78% more than it had sold over the same period last year.
Production has begun with left-hand drive vehicles and right-hand drive production will follow in January 2010.
