Hyundai Mobis has been awarded a US$260m supply contract for integrated centre stack equipment by GM.
This is used to control various onboard convenience features including multimedia devices.

Under the contract, the company will supply about 460,000 ICS units for Chevrolet from next year and an additional 130,000 units for GM’s Australian subsidiary Holden from 2013.
The equipment Hyundai Mobis will supply consists of radio control ICS and heating, ventilating and air conditioning ICS, the company said, according to the Korea Herald.
